What can I expect during Peak Demand Hours?

When Peak Demand Hours are happening, your EV Charger will reduce its energy use, meaning your EV will temporarily stop charging, or charge more slowly, while still working with your settings to ensure your vehicle is charged when you need it.

During Peak Demand Hours, your JuiceNet App and Dashboard may show a “Standby” status while your vehicle is plugged in, with the option to opt out of the event if you need to charge it immediately.

You’ll receive an email up to 24 hours in advance when Peak Demand Hours are scheduled. If you cannot take part on a particular day, you can opt out once the Peak Hours start.
