When and how will I receive my rewards for participating?

Your $250 Prepaid Mastercard enrollment bonus will be mailed after you receive your welcome email for the program. Before you receive that email, we need to process your enrollment and make sure you’re eligible. The enrollment bonus will take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive once it is mailed. If you already received the $250 instant rebate off the JuiceBox charger for enrollment in the EV Managed Charging Program, you are not eligible to receive the $250 Prepaid Mastercard.

Your $25 seasonal participation rewards will be mailed at the end of each season (the summer season runs June 1-Sept. 30; winter runs Oct. 1-May 31), and will take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive.
